I have fine, straight hair. How can i get it curly without having it get that crispy hairspray look?

I would like my hair to look naturally curly, with a maximum of 30 minutes for styling. Thanks!I have fine, straight hair. How can i get it curly without having it get that crispy hairspray look?
I have fine straight hair, but a TON of it. What I do is take small sections and curl them with a curling iron. While it's still the roll, I slide it off carefully and try to keep it in the curled up postition as much as I can. If it unrolled a little, I re roll it then pin it to my head flat. I do this with all the hair on the top to the crown, and curl the rest out. Then I spray it with good hairspray and let it sit as long as I can, so it cools completely. Sometimes I only have until I curl the rest, but if I can, I stay with it up. Then un pin the hair and it should be crazy curly and you can style it however. Good luck! This works for me, and it keeps my curls longer. My hair NEVER wants to curl!I have fine, straight hair. How can i get it curly without having it get that crispy hairspray look?
1) Use the curling iron, grab a small section of your hair, wrap it around the iron stick leaving some space in between the strands, leave it in for a few seconds and slowly pull it out, downwards, in a spiral fashion to create your curly locks. This works for me and I don't ever have to use hair spray. This won't take any longer than 1/2 hour.

2) Use hydro-heated curling rolls, ('hydro' because it won't dry your hair) roll them in with your hair, leave them in there for a good 20 minutes and you're good to go!
I suggest that you put it on rollers and blow dry it ON the rollers. Use a bit of heat protectant gel. Massage it in to your wet hair and work from roots to tips. Roll it, and blow it dry. DO NOT use a brush on it. Use a wide tooth comb or a pick after you take it off the rollers. You will not need any hair spray.
you could buy curling shampoo or go get a perm!
i have too long fine straight hair and what i do is i platt it after i'd had a bath. small plkatts around the haed you may need help. get ready in the morning then just before you leave the house take all the platts out and there is your curl. good luck i do it and it's great.
I have fine straight hair as well, and honestly what works best is a home perm kit. Buy the medium sized rollers and follow the instructions (it may be good to have someone help, my husband does mine). It will start out really curly and over about 4-5 months will fade to wavy. They say they only last 3 months, but because your hair is so fine it will hold longer. The at home kits are better than the salon because they are a little bit gentler on finer hair.
if you want to try this it might work on you. while your hair is wet use a light gel and evenly scrunch your hair with you head hanging down , scrunch with towel to remove excessive gel. i use a light mousse also. blow dry it scrunching in the process, until over half dry add a non aerisol hair spray on lightly and finish blowdrying. if it doesnt work it was worth the try. 15 min tops
roller set with light thermal protectant and use large rollers
Use a hair ironer. that's what got my hair curled. And they are not very expensive.
easy dont use hair spray(or get a perm)
