How can i get super straight hair with a flutter in the wind look?

Ok. So when ever I straighten my hair with a ceramic flat iron it is nasty it doesn't really straighten even though i'm on the hottest you can go. Which is hot. I am wondering if chemically straightened hair will do what I am attempting to achieve. I'm a guy.How can i get super straight hair with a flutter in the wind look?
Don't use the hottest setting! Assuming it's like most models, that must be around 450 degrees of heat. I have long, very curly hair which I straighten and I never go above 350 degrees. By using so much heat you're doing so much damage to your hair. When hair becomes dry and damaged it becomes very unmanageable. Healthy hair is easier to style and mold where you want it. Here are a few tips that should help you. Remember: I have long curly hair and I can get it super straight and shiny.

-Blow drying your hair really helps flatten out the curls and waves in hair. I always blow dry my hair and it keeps my hair straighter throughout the day as opposed to when I skip it and just let it air-dry--which I never do anymore.

-Hair product helps a lot. Invest in a good flat iron protectant such as CHI Iron Guard. This will help protect your hair from heat damage as well as giving it some hold to keep it straight.

-Use a comb when you flat iron your hair. You want to position it so that you are running the comb through your hair as it is coming out of the flat iron. It's still hot from the iron and combing through it immediately helps to actually straighten the section of hair rather than just flatten out the texture.

-For a ';flutter in the wind'; look, I would recommend just blasting it with some hairspray and then shaking your head around as it drys. (Just a few seconds) That's what I do when I want to get a more tousled, wind blown look.

I know you're a guy, but don't be hesitant to get some hair product or blow dry your hair. They're the two things that have really improved the look of my hair when I style it. Keep your hair healthy and practice the right technique and you'll improve too :)How can i get super straight hair with a flutter in the wind look?
Brush it down a lot then poke your head out the window in the car. I don't do it on purpose but that happens to my hair
