Are there any ways to scrunch straight hair?

My hair is straight, and I'd like to scrunch it. I bought some scrunching gel and mousse, and I was wondering if there are any effective ways to scrunch straight hair.

Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance. = )Are there any ways to scrunch straight hair?
Dry it upside down - you can use a diffuser if you want - and use the product on your hair. To give more root uplift, tip your head upside down and use hairspray at the roots. And bring a small can of it in your handbag in case your hair drops, so you can give it a quick uplift.

I've heard heated rollers are pretty good, but I've never tried them, so I don't know. Are there any ways to scrunch straight hair?
You're welcome. Good luck, I hope it works out =)

Yes there is!

Okay so it would help maybe after a shower, when your hair is just a bit damp (after its dried for a long time) then you could put the styling gel in it. Once all the gel has been applied, start to scrunch your hair. Literally. Take a chunk from the bottom and squeeze up to the top. All my friends do it, i promise it will work. :)
A diffuser will help. Dry it completely upside down. Good luck.
There is many things you can do! I would know, i have extremly straight hair.

Putty is good for short hair. But if you have long hair, like me; try volumising shampoo and conditioner and root boost products, then use one of the following texurising sprays. These are my faves!

Bumble and bumble spray

Surf hair by Garnier

Sea salt spray

%26amp; natural ocean water is always good!

Mousse is great if you get a good brand, cheap mousse will destroy your hair!

Another idea is to apply leave in conditioner when your hair is damp, then plait or braid it before you go to sleep; and in the morning, add hairspray and you will have perfect tousled waves.

Also, a diffuser can help, and hot rollers..

Best of luck!

Hope i helped.
um wash your hair then um flip your hair over um then appily gel and mousse and a tad bit of hair spray then flip your hair back then dry it
lots and lots of hairspray!
Spray some root boost, or put a texturising mousse in the roots when your hair is wet,Tip your head upside down, and dry it off, it will be really boofy when you flip it. Put some hot rollers in it, and sray hairspray on to the rollers. Wait about 20 minutes till the rollers are cool, and separate the curls with your fingers. Get some medium hold hairspray and scrunch your hair while sraying the hairspray.

This will work for medium to long hair, if you have short hair, then follow the same steps minus the rollers, and use a texturising wax and hairspray to twist and scrunch it.

There are some great beach head products out there, in the form of texturising sprays. They are awesome for putting waves into straight, fine hair.

Good luck.
easy girlfriend....I have straight hair and do this some times! you just get your hair wet and then take the gel and squeez[[scrunch]] ur hair one section at a time! youll have to do this as it air drys but once its finally dry do it one more time. Then if you desire use some pomade or hairspray!

Easier way that might NOT work is braid ur hair....Make sure it all gets braided though!

hearts%26amp;hearts
tons of hairspray
you use a crimp and it crimps straight hair like my friend her hair is really straight and when she crimps her her hair it scrunches her hair very well just go to the site i told you and type in at the right or left side corner and put crimping tools be careful using it
wash your hair, get a reasonable amount of hair and apply gel and or mouse and scrunch with hands. continue until all your hair is completed then use a defuser and dry it.
I have extrememly thin, straight hair. I was trying to find a way to scrunch it and it didn't really work. What I did find was the hot roller. You feel like a granny for a few minutes but it is totally worth it. I have never liked my hair before and now I love it. It doesn't take as long as you think to put them in.
