How can I get pretty waves in straight hair?

I have naturally very straight, blonde hair that goes about six inches below my shoulders. I want pretty, natural looking waves that i don't have to use a curling iron to make. Please help! How can I get pretty waves in straight hair?
There's a couple different ways to do this...

1. You could french braid your whole hair (when it's wet), hairspray it, and let it dry (i sometimes use a blowdryer).

2. You could put muse(idk how to spell that) in your hair (or gel). Then scrunch it up a bit before you put it up into a bun on the top of your head (that way you get your whole head as much as possible...). Make sure to hairspray or else it won't stay in.

3. You could put hairproducts while your hair is still wet and scrunch while blowdrying.

That's all I can think of besides using a curling iron and make it look like this: http://media.photobucket.com/image/beach%20waves%20hair/sudeepphotobucket/Hilary%20Duff/hilarydf11024.jpg :) Hope that helps... :D

Use a little bit of gel and Aussie Sprunch spray.

It's easy. Apply the gel while your hair is wet. Spray on some Sprunch spray... blow dry it on low heat for a bit. Spray on a little more and then finish blow drying it. Be sure to scrunch your hair with your hands as your blow drying it. I have the same hair!!!
after washing your hair, scrunch some mousse into your hair while its still a little damp. Pull it back into a high bun and sleep with it up. In the morning, take it down. It should be wavy :) then you can style it as desired, straighten some pieces and maybe curl some for more defined pieces. good luck!
You should braid you hair when it it wet and ware it all night and when you wake up take it out and you will have a really cool wave. Or some thing else that you could do is use a strightener and just do it for a little and give it a little curl but not too much! :) GOOD LUCK!
Plait it when its wet, leave it in until its dry then take it out.
while your hair is still wet

section in two sections and braid (three if your hair is thick)

take it out when they are dry

spray some hairspry in it and scrunch it
Put your hair in braids when it is damp, and leave for at least twelve hours. (longer will make the waves stay longer)
Use a triple-barrel-curler.

i love mine(:
when its wet braid it than take it out...and you'll have wavy hair.
