Anyone know how I can get those beach waves withotu a curling iron? How can I make my super straight hair wavy without a curling iron?
plating when wet and leaving in. Don't brush it. it might go frizzy.
Curlers. you can get plastic ones from a supermarket and put them in when your hair is wet.
Before you dry your hair after a shower slip in some moues and scrunch your hair. How can I make my super straight hair wavy without a curling iron?
1. you could actually curl your hair with a straightener
www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ca3k1syt2G4
2. tie your hair into tight braids, pigtails, french braid
when it's wet, after you complete your 'do spritz some hair spray, and sleep with the braids
once you wake up release the curls and just lightly spritz hair spray, or get a light mousse and rub thoroughly through hair
to get smoother waves
get hair dryer and lightly tousle your hair to perfection
3. once you get out of the shower, put on some mouuse, hair spray, gel, it doesn't really matter, rub your fingers all around your scalp and hair for maybe about 30 seconds
then put the diffuser on your hairdryer, flip your hair, and stay upside down
then you can dry your hair while crunching it up so it can retain its shape
4. there's an alternative, you can go to a salon and ask for waves, not curls
it's called a ';digital wave'; and you'll have wavy hair for about 6 months to a year
you can still straighten your hair, but once in the shower or exposed to extreme humidity, the waves will start to appear
that's easy, wash your hair at night, brush it and towel dry it, and put it in 4 different ponytails one on each side of the top of your head, and one on each of the back sides of your head. then twist the ponies until they make buns, secure the buns tight and sleep on them,
in the morning you'll have perfect beach waves, just add a little hairspray and your good to go!
Curling your hair with paper bags! Sound silly? I thought so to! But this tutorial is awesome and the outcome is amazing and this girl in the video has straight long hair as well! So I hope you find this helpful!

Wash your hair before you go to bed. Comb it out after washing and put a small dab of styling product (mousse works for me). Take 1'; segments, wrap them into curls (tightness based on how resistant your hair is to curling) and pin to your head with bobby pins. When you wake up, your hair will be dry and have great waves.
1) when you get out of the shower, towel dry your hair, then braid it. if you want tighter waves use more braids. if you want loose waves then make only 2 or 3 braids. let your hair dry like this and then use a wide tooth comb or run your fingers through it. 2) go to a professional and get a perm or a body wave. this will last longer and look more even all around. hope this helps!
1. try braiding your hair over night and taking it off in the morning...then just add some wax for texture and ur set.
2. you can try adding some sea salt (it has bigger grains than table salt) into a spray bottle and spraying your hair with it...scrunch it and let it air dry...then just add a bit of hair spray to seal the look...it should look kinda like beachy waves.
Actually after i get out of my showers and my hair is still really wet... i put it up in a bun. Kinda like a messy bun. and i just wear it like that to sleep. But then again my hair isn't ';stick straight.'; It works for me. Hopefully it's something you'll try and maybe it'll work for you too :)
Rub some hair gel through damp hair and then twist hair into a bun. When you release the bun, your hair will be nice and wavy and the gel will make it hold. There's also a shampoo line called Wash and Curl. I've never used it but I've seen people buy it at Walgreens.
Braids,
and theres one product that you spray on and its wavy plus this vid is a great idea (p.s. not me in vid)

When you have damp hair put it in a french braid. Sleep on it. Use some mousse. Or you could put it into a twist/messy bun and do the same thing.
scrunch your hair...or tie it in a bun and use leave-in conditioner and/or mousse!
Braid your hair and then spray some holding spray on it. After about 10-15 mins undo the braids and run your fingers through your hair.
