I would love to have some waves in my hair. My hair doesn't hold a curl anymore so I would like to try the wavy look. I also need to wash my hair in the morning. If I wash it at night, it get greasy by morning. Can you give me some tips please?
Thanks. How can I make my naturally straight hair wavy without using any heat?
i am exactly the same what i do is use a shampoo on the night no conditioner as it will go greasy also wash with coldest water temp you can handle dry it a little and scrunch it all up wile you sleep . my hairs very long so curls also fall out very easy this is the best way i have tryed curling tongs and stuff but i found this the best then in the morning don't brush it and scrunch up and spray :)
Good luck :D

Blowdry, using a narrow nozzle, and using a medium size barrel brush, as your drying your hair, roll the barrel brush whilst drying. And unroll again, try not touching your curls, as the heat is still setting in, then hairspray it, or use spray wax to hold the curl in.
BUT, like you said, you don't want heat, I would use BaByliss rollers, and then leave it set, use a hair net to keep the frizz at bay, and then when it's naturally dry, let it out, gently, and then use a spritz of hairspray.
It's going to be difficult with having to wash in a.m. I was thinking that you could wash in p.m. and braid or roll and sleep like that and Voila! But since you can't do that it;s going to be a little more difficult. They make hood dryers, even blow dryers that force cool air, so you could get up earlier, shower, roll it or braid it, then sit under the hood dryer or blow dry with cool air setting. With the hood dryer you would need a roller cap so not to blow it around with the air so bad. With the blow dryer you would need a diffuser on the end. Also, you would want to put a mousse or a spray gel in your wet hair so that it would hold throughout the day. Hope this helps, good luck!
Wash your hair and braid it or put in rollers, try drying it on a low heat or cool with hair dryer or just wait for it to dry. put a bit of mousse in it first and dont forget hairspray when you take out the braids/curlers. |flick your fingers through it dont brush it.
sunsilk shampoo and conditioner ( theres a cream as well ) is for people who have naturally curly/wavy hair, and it just calms frizz so theres no point in using that.
in the morning put your hair in to two french plaits and wait till there pretty much dry then take them out and you should have wavy hair you could try this in the evening wash your hair straight before you go to bed and put them in french plaits and because they're wet they shouldn't be greasy in the morning or if this doesn't work get a perm
rollers.:) i'd love to that with my hair since my hair is super straight..but if you dont have time with rollers, do this trick: with your fingers and hands, brush your hair back and leave it. it will have a hot wavy effect.. orrrrr... bend your back and put your head upside down then go stand straight again. leave it like that. just keep doing those stuff during the day so it will have a not so straight look. but rollers would be easier :)) at first, rollers will seem too curly but after a couple of minutes, it'll be just wavy. remember, do this when your hair is dry. don't forget to blow dry your hair:)
orrrr.. you can tie your hair up on a knot or with a clamp and leave it on for hours.. then after that, you let it down then it would have a natural looking wave. :)
i have curly hair so im not too sure but you could try to wash your hair in the mornings like you do then add some moose to it and try to style it.
another way is to plait your hair and leave it throughout the night so once you've woken up it will all be wavy.
good luck :)
I have a solution for you!
Use some big barrelled velcro rollers, and after you have washed your hair, towel dry it and put them in. Spritz with hairspray, and leave for half an hour to an hour. then, take take the rollers out, and Apply a tiny bit of hair mousse. there you go! I hope this works for you! x x
Use wave enhancing spray stuff sorry I don't know what it's called but it's this stuff that you put on damp hair and you can make curls in your hair by scrunching it. And then I don't think you have to but you might need to blow dry it.
After you take a shower, place your hair into braids (while it's still wet). The more braids there are, the tighter the waves will be. Wait until your hair is dry then take it out of the braids and use hairspray or gel.
Well when I was younger I would braid my wet hair when I went to bed, it was then wavy in the morning after a bit more blow dry. But whether this is healthy for your hair, I doubt it.
You could use hair rollers!
Or, you could simply roll your hair in a bun, leave it for an hour, and let your hair loose.
Both these techniques will give you natural-looking curls.
You can try using foam curlers at night when you go to bed. You may need to use a different shampoo that doesn't make your hair greasy, too.
Before you go to bed, braid your hair into platts and take it out when you wake up and it should be wavy =)

Try rollers in your hair whilst it's wet, leave to dry and release those curls.
Good luck.
i believe sunsilk makes a shampoo that makes hair curly/ wavy
Use velcro rollers.
try large rollers
