Straight hair?

I have very very wavy hair. I can get all my hair straight with a flat iron except for the very ends of my hair. They just flip %26amp; stick out. %26amp; It's not because I have split ends either. I get my hair trimmed every month..





but anyway. I was just wondering if they're were any products that would make my hair super straight? or do you have any tips for me?

I didn't ever have waves until about a year ago, since then as i've been letting my hair grow out i've been seeing more and more of the waves. the only way I can get my hair straight is this, I use VO5 straightening gel, i forget what its called just now but it comes in a red bottle about 5 inches high with a silver top and a pic of a straightening iron on it, anyway, i put this gel in right after i get out of the shower then wait about 5-10 min, getting dressed or whatever. Next i blow dry my hair upsidedown for about 5 min (its still damp all over when i'm done). then i use a clip and put all but a small section of my hair up, i straighten the first section then use the cool setting on the blow dryer and blast it for 15-30 seconds until cool. i repeat letting down a little more and doing sections until my hair is done, the ends still curl out a little, i can almost never get it pin straight but they are soft.


to get it pin straight i take a shower before bed, still put the gel in and pull your hair back in a loose pony tail to sleep. when you wake up put a small amount of gel in the tips ONLY or your hair (if you do the roots it will look greasy all day) wash your hands this time or the gel will make your hair greasy if you touch the tips, now straighten slowly in sections and when everything is done blowdry on cool.Straight hair?
when u was your hair use half a cup of olive oil put in your hair for 2-3 mins then rinse out with your normal shampoo and while your hair is still wet use an hair straigthener gel i use Shine Plus Straightener ans thats all
I would suggest that you buy a CHI Iron. it's very very good. I, myself suffer from that horrible wavy hair, but I always use my chi.





And a good product that I should mention is called Sunsilk Straigten-Up. It's a lifesaver!





I really suggest that you try to blow dry your hair before you go to sleep at night, and try blow drying it upside down.

The only products that will straighten hair have very harsh chemicals in them. Your hair will be straight but it will be in bad shape. These chemicals will leave your hair dry and brittle. As you become better at using your flat iron, you will be able to get the ends straight also. Good luck... DLH
